At Cattleya Swimwear, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. This Return & Refund Policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding returns, exchanges, refunds, and defective products.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Due to the intimate nature of swimwear and for hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind unless the following conditions are met:
The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused.
All original tags remain attached.
The hygiene liner is intact and has not been removed.
The item is free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, tanning products, stains, pet hair, or any other marks.
The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
If approved, change-of-mind returns may be eligible for:
Store credit; or
Exchange for another size or style, subject to availability.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you receive an item that is:
Faulty;
Damaged;
Defective; or
Different from what you ordered,
please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To assist with your claim, please provide:
Your order number;
A description of the issue;
Clear photographs showing the fault or damage.
Once assessed, we may offer:
A replacement;
A repair (where appropriate); or
A full refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
Swimwear with removed hygiene liners;
Worn, washed, or used swimwear;
Items with stains, odors, makeup, perfume, deodorant, or tanning product marks;
Gift cards;
Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable (unless required by law).
If you require a different size, we may offer an exchange subject to stock availability.
To be eligible:
The item must meet all return eligibility requirements.
The exchange request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Do not send items back without receiving return instructions from our customer service team.
Unless the return relates to a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Cattleya Swimwear cannot guarantee receipt of returned items and is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow:
3–5 business days for return assessment; and
An additional 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
