Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays in Australia.

During peak periods, promotional events, product launches, holiday seasons, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered may be legally imported into their country.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

For orders within Australia:

• Standard Shipping: AUD $12.00

• Express Shipping: AUD $15.00

• Free Standard Shipping on orders over AUD $150.00

International shipping charges vary by destination and will be calculated during checkout.

Shipping rates may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

6. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, and other government-imposed charges may apply.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Cattleya Swimwear has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
